John H. Bluher is a specialist in legal, financial management and operating growing companies. He is also a specialist in capital management, capitalization structuring, merger and acquisition, private equity and valuations of public and private. He assists in raising capital and developing shareholder value. He has significant operating experience managing the finance, budgeting and developing cash flow and capital allocation models. Bluher has significant experience managing supply chains and operations for growing companies. He has 20 years of experience working as CLO or GC in public companies, and managing finance as CFO, corporate structuring, management of human resources, corporate boards and committees, risk management, D&O insurance planning and public company corporate governance. His experience also includes negotiating transactions on a global basis. He has deep experience in creating value for growth companies and implementing strategic plans, working with auditors, and corporate boards.

Bluher recently left BlackRidge Technology International, Inc., (OTC:BRTI) a leading cyber security company selling enterprise level cyber software as a solution that offers total protection against system and network breach. The software was developed for DISA and DOD with first packet authentication and micro segmentation-doing work with PTC on IoT and NIST on utilities protection. He was CFO of the company and took the company public in 2017. Bluher managed the legal, finance, treasury, IR, PR and administrative staff - including operations, Risk, and HR.

From 2007 to May 2009, Mr. Bluher served as managing director and general counsel at Lehman Brothers, Inc.'s (NYSE:LEH) investment management division. Mr. Bluher also served as global chief legal and compliance officer and managing director of Neuberger Berman during this period. From 2009 to 2010, worked for the Lehman estate managing the sales process for portfolio assets. From August 2004 to June 2007, Mr. Bluher served as EVP, CLO and Director of Risk for Janus Capital, Inc. (NYSE:JNS). From June 2002 to July 2004, Mr. Bluher served as executive vice president, general counsel, corporate secretary and director of risk management of Knight Trading Group (NASDAQ:NITE). Bluher stayed with the estate after the bankruptcy and managed a trading desk for selling assets from the estate and did risk management and pricing of assets on the balance sheet. From January 2001 to May 2002, Mr. Bluher served as senior vice president and global chief compliance officer for Prudential Securities, Inc. (NYSE:PRU). From October 1997 to January 2001, Mr. Bluher served as senior strategy advisor to Eli Broad and as general counsel and chief compliance officer of Sun America, Inc. (NYSE:SAI) later (NYSE:AIG). From 1992 - 1997, Mr. Bluher served as senior vice president, regional and divisional Counsel at Prudential Securities, Inc. From 1987 to 1992, Mr. Bluher was with the Division of Enforcement at the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington DC and worked with the Chief Accountants Office for financial fraud cases revenue recognition, restatements, mis-statements.
